Not only is Elmwood, the “world’s ugliest dog” but he loves greyhounds too.The controversial fire hydrant that was recently pulled from a dog park in Oregon, has been reinstalled. The hydrant, painted with the likeness of an American flag, was already surrounded by prickly shrubbery but now has the added security of a fence, to keep pooches away.The good old USA may want to close its borders, but not to Caribbean dogs.It turns out that Leona wasn’t the only “witch of Wall Street.”I’ll drink to that:
